Health Workforce New Zealand engages Training Services throughout New Zealand for the purpose of assisting Trainees to complete Training Programmes.
Health Workforce New Zealand wishes to enter into agreements with providers of Training Services, and seeks to streamline and standardise its contracting arrangements by entering into this Head Agreement to govern the standard terms of such arrangements.
This Head Agreement for Training Services regulates and recounts the general terms and conditions on which Health Workforce New Zealand and Provider will enter into Service Agreements or renew Existing Service Agreements for the provision by the Provider of Training Services.
